Some of our favorite projects are the ones close to home. For this Rio Linda homeowner, we took on two jobs at once: a new deck off the back of the house, and replacing the damaged siding along that same wall.
What we did
We built a new deck with black metal railings and steps down to the walkway. On the back wall, we replaced the damaged siding, and the new siding was primed and prepped for paint.
The result
The back of the house now has a sturdy new deck with easy steps down to the walkway, and the worn siding along that wall has been replaced. The before and after photos are taken from the same spot so you can see the change.
