Mike Ridgeway, President/CEO & Licensed Contractor
Mike is a second‑generation licensed contractor who grew up on construction sites, learning the craft at his father’s side. He entered piecework at 18 and has spent his entire adult life in the trades, working his way up through every level of the industry. After serving as a Superintendent for another company, Mike felt called to pursue his long‑held entrepreneurial dream. With his wife, Amanda, he took a leap of faith, cashed out their 401k, and together they built Ridgeway Construction Inc. from the ground up.
As friends of Bill, Bob, and Jimmy K., Mike and Amanda founded their company on integrity, accountability, and hard work. Mike is also a committed Christian who attends Bible study regularly and strives to lead both his business and his life with the values he learns through his faith.
With decades of hands‑on experience across residential and commercial construction—from rough framing to finish carpentry and everything in between—Mike brings deep expertise to every project. He takes personal pride in his workmanship and oversees each job himself to ensure the highest standards are met. His commitment to quality, paired with a relentless “never say die” attitude, has allowed him to accomplish the seemingly impossible time and time again.

Amanda Ridgeway, Vice President/CFO
Amanda comes from a long line of hardworking tradespeople. With a grandfather who was a concrete contractor and a father who worked as a backhoe operator and plumber, she spent much of her childhood on jobsites, absorbing the language, rhythm, and work ethic of the construction world. Her professional foundation was shaped by 14 years of mentorship under her grandmother, where she learned bookkeeping, human resources, and the administrative backbone of running a family business.
Before co‑founding Ridgeway Construction Inc., Amanda spent a decade serving as a CADC‑II Licensed Counselor and later managed operations for a multi‑million‑dollar nonprofit organization. These roles strengthened her leadership, communication, and organizational skills—qualities she now brings to the company every day.
Amanda always knew she would build something of her own. When the opportunity arose to help her husband, Mike, pursue his dream of business ownership, she stepped in wholeheartedly. Together, they combined their strengths, experience, and shared values to build Ridgeway Construction Inc. from the ground up.
Amanda is also a committed Christian who attends Bible study regularly and strives to lead with humility, integrity, and compassion—values that guide both her life and her work.
