Bathroom Remodel & Subfloor Repair in Rocklin, CA

Water damage in a bathroom is sneaky. It usually starts small, around the toilet or tub, and works its way into the subfloor before you ever see it on the surface. That's what we found in this Rocklin bathroom: the subfloor had been damaged by water, so the floor had to come up.

What we did

We pulled up the flooring and removed the damaged subfloor, then installed solid new subfloor in its place. From there, we finished the room with new flooring and a new vanity for a fresh, clean look.

The result

The floor is solid again, and the bathroom feels like a brand-new room. The before and after photos are taken from the same doorway, so you can see the difference from bare, damaged subfloor to a finished space.

Signs to watch for

If you notice a soft spot near the toilet or tub, or flooring that's lifting, stained or discolored, don't wait on it. Water damage only grows the longer it sits, and catching it early can keep a repair from turning into a full tear-out.

We're a family-owned, licensed general contractor (CSLB #1083145) serving Rocklin, Roseville, Sacramento and the surrounding area. Bathroom remodels and water damage repair are some of our favorite projects.
